Tika was one of those special dogs, who steal your heart and stay always in your memory. A greyhound/collie cross lurcher, I rescued her as a cowering pup from a home where she was not wanted and had endless broken nights with her. She destroyed shoes, doors and anything within reach for months, until her anxieties eased. Tika remained easily spooked throughout her life but she was a generous and loving dog and her legacy is two more rescue hounds homed in my family.
Cheese was Tika’s food passion and the look of sheer longing and delight at being fed a cube of cheddar was something I tried to capture in this print.
Bright and energetic, Tika loved the Towans near Gwithian in Cornwall. Her favourite place to run and do zoomies and play catch, leaping in the air like a sleek black salmon.

All artwork will arrive flatpacked and mounted in cellowrap on mountboard unless specifically stated otherwise in the listing.
FOR UK MAINLAND ONLY: Postage is free for orders over £30. Prints will be sent recorded delivery with tracking and a signature. I dispatch products within 3 working days on a 24 hour tracked service. You will receive your order within 5 working days. If you need an order quickly please let me know before ordering.
FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS / OUTSIDE UK MAINLAND: Orders will be dispatched within 3 working days and delivery time will depend on where you are ordering from. I am slowly trying to add international postage options to this web shop. Please message me if postage options for you are not available.
About your print
Etchings, and hand made original prints are printed with a paper border. Please note the image size dimensions is the image itself and does not include any borders, signatures or edition numbers.
Original prints are editioned, signed and dated below the image.
Sold out work
If a print is showing as sold out please email me if you would like it. Often these are drying in the print room or waiting to be printed!
Returns
Please contact me in the first instance to inititate a return. I am not a big company - I am one artist working out of my little studio in Cornwall. Please send any items back for return in pristine condition. Any items returned that are damaged or unuseable will be rejected for return.
Most of my work is in black and white but coloured work might change slightly from screen to real life. I cannot control these changes and do my best to represent the most true colour I can on upload to my shop.
